It has been a much better week here.  What a relief!  Hubby is feeling better and I am looking forward to our Christmas party Saturday.  I finally feel like I have that Christmas Spirit and am happily listening to Christmas music any chance I get.  I have serious cookie baking on the brain.  I have seen so many good recipes and want to make them all with a slight modification or two to lighten the calories.  Luckily I haven’t had time.  I don’t know that I could resist eating them all.

This week on Food Done Light, I showcased some of my favorite holiday recipes, Cinnamon Chip Cookies, Garlic, Rosemary & Prosciutto Pork Loin and drum roll please… Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce.  I was so excited for the bread pudding that I posted the recipe this week instead of next week as I had planned.  It is sooo good! I was also really excited to hear back from some readers who have already made some of my recipes.  I love to have the feedback.

Next week I will be starting the final push to Christmas with Chocolate Ginger Bread Tea Cakes, Honey Roasted Acorn Squash and Herb Spoon Rolls.  At home, I will be wrapping Christmas presents and finishing some last minute Christmas Shopping and listening to Christmas music all the way.  Hope you all have a marvelous weekend!
