Planning what you are going to eat is one of the best tips to eat healthfully. So I’ve found some healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mix and match however you like. There are lots of options for breakfast whether you like protein, oatmeal or smoothies. Lunch options include soup, salad, sandwiches and wraps. For dinner there is a little bit of everything from meatless, seafood, beef, pasta, even chicken and pork. Make a plan for what you are eating next week and see how much easier it is to stay on track.
