Time is flying by. My daughter finished her last day of kindergarten today. It is so hard to believe. While I am excited about having her off for the summer and all the fun we can have, I’m trying to figure out how to get work done at the same time. It’s going to be interesting. Luckily in the summer, light and easy food prevails. That is already what is going on with Food Done Light. This week was Greek Layer Cheese Dip, Mango Guanabana Smoothies and Grilled Andouille Pizza with Arugula Salad.
