One sheet pan is all you need to make a healthy dinner.
Get out a big sheet pan, fill it with protein and vegetables. Throw it in a hot oven and you have a low calorie dinner on the table in no time. Plus you only have one sheet pan to wash. I like to get my sheet pans at restaurant supply stores. They wash like a dream, are cheaper and last longer. They are the workhorse of my kitchen.
