St. Patrick’s Day Healthy Recipe Round Up

Get ready for St. Patrick’s Day with these healthy recipes. Some celebrate the Irish tradition and some celebrate green food.


How did we get to St. Patrick’s Day already?  Wow, time is speeding by.  This round-up is all about Irish food or green food.  That is quite apropos as St. Patrick’s Day started as a feast to celebrate St. Patrick, the patron Saint of Ireland.   With these recipes, we can still have fun with St. Patrick’s Day and stay healthy.
