I thought it might be fun to have a themed recipe round up this week.  Since it is St. Patrick’s day tomorrow I thought it might be fun to highlight healthy food perfect for the day.  While we may always think of “Green” food and corned beef, Irish food can be quite nutritious.  Some of the most common foods in Ireland include steel-cut oatmeal, scones, potatoes, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cabbage, beef, lamb, celery, carrots, Irish soda bread, mussels, crabs, shrimp, turnips, and berries.
