If Thanksgiving isn’t all about the turkey, it is all about the pie and dessert. I’ve found some wonderful options for Thanksgiving dessert that are lower in fat and calories but high in flavor. Someone once left a comment on my blog about a “healthy” Thanksgiving recipe asking why would I bother to be healthy on Thanksgiving. Why not if you cannot taste the difference in the food? Most people gain 11 lbs. during the holidays. Why not cut some calories and fat, especially if you can still enjoy the food just as much.
