All winter long, I managed to avoid the afternoon munchies with a hot glass of tea with lemon and ginger. Finally the weather is changing and suddenly a hot beverage is not as enjoyable as it once was. In order to combat the warmer weather afternoon munchies, I have started to make my very own Mocha Frappuccinos. They are most definitely the perfect way to quench my thirst and munchies all in one shot. In addition to this Mocha Frappuccino wonderful taste, it also happens to be dairy free as well as vegan. In fact my Mocha Frappuccino is even low in calories and sugar.
So that I could enjoy this delicious beverage guilt free, I turned to my old stand by So Delicious creamer. Although I do not need to eat dairy free, I have found that So Delicious Creamer is the perfect way to reduce calories. That makes it a fantastic substitute for regular cream. Frequently I use it as a replacement for cream in recipes like my Creamed Spinach. I have also made a delicious Pumpkin Custard using So Delicious creamer. Consequently I try to keep it on hand.

Just think what fun you could have over the summer with all that extra cash. Additionally, you are going to save yourself about 200 calories. Yes you read that correctly. Mocha Frappuccino with Coconut
- 1 cup Ice
- 1/2 cup Silk Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup espresso or strong coffee cooled
- 2 tbsp So Delicious Vanilla creamer
- 1 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sugar optional
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
