Winter is full of delicious seasonal vegetables and fruit. Enjoy them all in these healthy and low calorie recipes.
Every season I try to celebrate the produce that is at it’s peak. Winter is a great time for oranges, kale, sweet potatoes, meyer lemons, cauliflower, rutabagas, winter squash and much more. Sometimes it is easy to forget produce has a season as much of it is available year round. If you shop seasonally, your produce will taste better and will be cheaper. Seasonal fruit and vegetables tend to be cheaper because of the larger availability of it. So this round up is about celebrating the glory of winter produce.
