Healthy recipes to make a plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner including calories and Weight Watcher Smart Points

What a help in planning what we are going to eat next week.

What do you think of the weekly menu plans?  I’m not sure they are working for me.  Let me know if you like them, would like a menu plan but in a different format or should I go back to the weekly round ups?  Those were the recipe compilations with a certain theme, ie breakfast, party food, winter vegetables.  Should I mix it up and do a little of both?

  4. Hey Christie, This list is a well curated one. The coconut quinoa smoothie and the cauliflower tetrazzini looks so inviting. My god! The meal plans are a great idea. I am just wondering if you are planning to add any healthy snacks in to the mix too?

  12. I always plan a week at a time but by the end of the week I usually don't want what I've planned ha! Since my grocery store is less than 3 blocks away I'm just going to start planning and shopping for 2-3 days at a time. We'll see how that works ;)

      Friday nights are always the worst for me Lauren. I usually cook Monday and Tuesday then it is leftovers Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is whatever gets put on the table.
