You can still enjoy your favorite Thanksgiving sides and desserts just in a healthier way with these recipes.
Ready for round 2 of a Healthy Thanksgiving menu? Round 1 was all about Thanksgiving main dishes like turkey, ham, pork and even vegetarian recipes. Today we are talking about the rest of the menu. In my case, my favorite part of the menu, the sides. Oh yes! I have a token piece of turkey, but I do love my sides like stuffing, mashed potatoes and more. There are lots of healthy options here so you don’t have to eat the average 4500 calories most people consume. After you finish your lovely meal, there is dessert. I’ve found some fabulous dessert options for you, too. Enjoy a delicious and healthy Thanksgiving.
