One of my favorite things about summer is the abundance of seasonal, summer vegetables. There are plenty of zucchini, eggplant, summer squash, tomatoes, corn, green beans and much more. While your garden is overloaded with these delicious goodies, try some new recipes in which they are the star.
While avocado is available year round, it really does have a season. You can probably tell by the price going down. This delicious soup uses two of summer staples, corn and avocado.
