Use up those Thanksgiving leftovers with these healthy recipes.
We are always loaded with Thanksgiving leftovers. It tends to happen when your Father makes two turkeys, three different types of stuffing plus mashed potatoes, creamed onions, green bean casserole, homemade noodles and so much more. I only have to make a pear pie, mushroom gratin and fresh cranberry sauce. The day after Thanksgiving, I always enjoy the sandwiches and the leftovers just as they were. After that I need some creativity to continue to enjoy them. Here are some fabulous recipes to help you enjoy all of those leftovers.
