You don’t have to give up some of your favorite food when you want to eat healthier. I’ve found healthier versions of favorite foods from kitchen staples like ketchup, coffee creamer, even English muffins. You can also make some of your favorite restaurant meals at home. Any average restaurant meal has over 1000 calories. Yikes! I’ve found a few favorites that have been made healthier. What other foods would you like to find healthy copy cat recipes for?
