The best way to start your day is with a healthy breakfast. My brain doesn’t start to work until after a cup of coffee, so I have to know what I am eating for breakfast. Otherwise, I stand in front of the refrigerator and stare. My eyes are glazed over and I cannot figure out what to eat. With these healthy options, I have so many low calorie and low fat options. Whether you like oatmeal or eggs, you will find something here. If you are wondering where the smoothies are, they had their own round up last year. You can find the recipes here. I’ll complete an updated smoothie round up over the summer. I also plan on devoting a round up to oatmeal by itself. Stay tuned.
