Sure ordering take-out is easy, but burning the calories off afterwards sure isn’t. Instead make a healthy version of your favorite Asian recipes at home. I’ve compiled some healthy version of traditional take-out and some with the my favorite Asian flavors. Whether it is Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese or Korean, I love them all. I cannot forget Indian, of course. My husband would be quite upset if I forgot the food of his birthplace. So take a trip to the East with your food and enjoy a little take-out from your own kitchen.
