I always look forward to finding out what the most popular healthy recipes were on Food Done Light each year. I always feel elated for the ones chosen, and a little heartbroken for the ones that were not as popular. They all feel like my children, and it is a little like picking a favorite child. I’ve been trying to find a trend in this years recipe, but I am not sure there is one. You loved beef recipes, but also vegetarian. Side dishes were popular with the potatoes. All are fairly easy with lots of flavor. Maybe that is what the bottom line is. Who doesn’t like an easy recipe that is full of flavor but low on calories?
