Fall may very well be my favorite season. I love the crisp, cool air in the morning and evenings. People just seem to be more jovial. Have you noticed that? There is so much to look forward to. The kids are back in school, and I see people outside enjoying the cooler weather. There are Fall festivals, Halloween, Thanksgiving and so much more. I absolutely love to see the trees change color, too. I cannot forget about the delicious Fall vegetables that come into season. We try to eat what is in season, so I am always looking forward to the vegetables I have missed the other parts of the year. Fall is about squash, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, radicchio, arugula and so much more. This Fall I want to try kohlrabi, which is also in season. I’ve never cooked with it.
