Can I tell you how excited I am to see apples back in season? Even though apples are available all year-long, we really only eat them in season. We try to eat produce in season. There are two main reasons. First it is cheaper, and second, it tastes better. Fruit and vegetables available in their normal season will be sweeter. It also means I look forward to each new season. Now is the time to immerse yourself in all things apple. So I’ve found recipes perfect for breakfast, afternoon snack, dinner or dessert. These recipes are a fun way to get in your apple a day, and keep the doctor away.
