You can have a quick easy dinner with chicken breasts, a fancy dinner with a whole cooked chicken or even throw some wings on the barbecue. Anyway you slice it, chicken is perfect for a healthy dinner. It is low in fat and calories, and full of protein. Let’s give a big “cluck” for chicken.
