Have a little fun this Halloween. You can celebrate from morning until night with these healthy recipes. Start the day with some pancakes or a smoothie for a healthy Halloween breakfast. For lunch time, with just a few fun ingredients you can make an adorable Halloween inspired sandwich. There are snacks galore. I did not forget dinner either. You can have a ghoulish dinner with beet risotto, aka witches blood risotto. Go cute with a Mummy pizza. Skip the candy and eat a healthier dessert instead. I just love the ghost meringues. After walking a few miles up and down the hills of our neighborhood, I will be happy to come home to a little fun treat, Pistachio Mudslide. It definitely isn’t low calorie, but it is a fun way to end the night.
